    Default Hahnster's Monster Lutherie Ondori #5 (FINALLY)

    ========== #5 ===================

    Ok guys, the first of the final 3 I will be selling is built, and you're the first to hear about it. I REALLY want to keep these all in the hands of forum bros, so can someone please snag it?

    This one has a Hipshot hardtail bridge (with the vintage-style plate), and GFS Crunchy Pat humbuckers. I threw an Orange Drop cap on the tone and used reverse audio Alpha pots along with a Switchcraft stereo jack in case you want to add an active preamp or something.

    This one plays fantastic, just like all the other ones do, far better than my Tokai Hummingbird does.

    Asking $600 shipped CONUS.

    ============= #6 =====================

    Ok just finished #6 and she's got some fun goodies loaded in her.

    Bridge pickup is a DiMarzio Mo' Joe, but the real treat is the neck pickup here. The neck pickup is some crazy stupid rare small batch NOS DiMarzio humbucker made for Fender Custom Shop in the late 80's to put in a Fender Masterbuilt guitar called the "LJ." The dude who ran FCS bailed a couple years later, and in total Fender only made like 35 of these guitars. The dude started his own company and still makes the LJ to this day for the low price of $10,000. The Fender ones sell online for around $7k and the neck pickup on the LJ is the same orientation as the neck pickup on the Ondori. This is a PAF-style humbucker, but the slug coil faces out (ala Peter Green), it balances pretty well with the Mo' Joe, and the middle position is extremely versatile.

    The bridge/tailpiece are a Gotoh zinc TOM and the saddles are Graph Tech. The tuners are Wilkinson EZ Lok and they're pretty interesting as well. Pots are Alpha reverse audio, jack is Switchcraft, and I've got a licorice drop cap on the tone pot.

    Price is $650 shipped CONUS

    ========== #7 ===========================

    Finally got around to finishing 7, this one has the iconic Super D/Jazz combo that 3 had. I really liked this pickup combo and if I were to do a permanent line of them it's likely that'd be the stock pickups. Bridge/tailpiece are Gotoh, tuners are GFS, jack is Switchcraft, pots are Alpha reverse audio, cap is orange drop .033.

    Asking $600 shipped CONUS

    Still holding out for a forum bro to snag this. I've got two others with TOM bridges left to build if the hardtail isn't your thing.

    Giving it one more week before I put this on Reverb.

    Nice videos, that thing sounds really good man!

    Just some ideas I'm going to throw out there to maybe help you move these:

    Would you accepts trades if maybe someone has something they want to unload and wanna try something new? Im assuming youd entertain that idea and perhaps sell that then, or you yourself could try something new, never know.

    Also, if anyone wants a different color pickguard I can most certainly make one free of charge, I would just need a tracing and possibly the pickguard material depending on what color it is. I can make it different configurations too so keep that in mine if you want something different to set it apart from the rest.

    Plus, I'm sure you would take cash/trade and possibly a down payment if it was a legit member of course.

    I think a relic'd one would look awesome actually! Maybe a pearloid pickguard or a mint green one ..

    Can you post the neck specs? I'm sure you have posted them before but can't find it. What's the profile, scale length, nut width, radius and fret size? Gracias.

    #7 is up for sale, all that's left is mine.

    All 3 of these are available, I've had zero interest, please don't make me sell them to strangers on Reverb.
